Festival

Hundreds of volunteers. One shift plan that holds.

From application to the last shift: eventOps keeps track of who is where, what they are owed and what is missing.

My page

Every volunteer has a page of their own

Volunteers see their shifts, confirm them and ask for a swap when something gets in the way. No more phoning around, and you see at once who has confirmed.

  • Shift overview

All their shifts in one place, with time, place and check-in.

  • Confirm shifts

One tap, and you know the shift is covered.

  • Ask for a swap

The request goes to the shift leader, who finds a solution.

Group leaders

Crews run themselves

The leader of a volunteer crew, a sports club or a supplier gets access of their own. They fill their assignments within the quota you have given them, and you see it all.

Work lists

Hours added up, ready for payment

Take out work lists per crew or person with the hours added up, as the basis for wages, club settlements or invoices.

Accreditation and access

Accreditation the way you want it

A flexible system for accreditation badges, printed or on the phone. The badge shows which zones the person may enter, and which tokens they have for food and drink.

  • Printed or on the phone

Design the badges yourself, print them on site or send them straight to the phone.

  • Scanning of access zones

Every zone has its scanner. You see who is inside, and who was stopped.

  • Tokens for food and drink

Meals and drinks are on the badge and are taken off when scanned.

Artists

The artist, from contract to guest list

Everything about each artist in one place, shared with those who need it.

  • Contract

    The agreement and its terms.

  • Rider

    Technical, backstage and catering.

  • Guest lists

    Who the artist brings along.

  • Travel

    Flights, hotels and transport.

A message to everyone, or just the right people

Text messages and e-mail to one crew, one category or every volunteer, with templates and a log of what was sent.
